When you create a Regal Premier Logistics account, you will receive a unique U.S. or other mailing address along with a personal mailbox code. This address must be used accurately when making purchases or sending packages. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery issues and could incur a fee to correct.
Packages are transported twice per week from our Florida warehouse to Jamaica. Customers are advised to upload invoices or create pre-alerts for packages in a timely manner. Delivery in Jamaica typically occurs on the same day or within three business days after customs clearance, depending on when packages arrive. Customers should ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage. Regal Premier Logistics is not responsible for damage that occurs outside our care, including during customs clearance or if items arrive damaged from the seller. We assume responsibility only for packages that are damaged or missing while in our possession.
Packages are priced based on weight and/or the declared value of items inside. Customers can use the rate sheet or our online rate calculator to estimate costs before shipping. We aim to provide competitive rates, excellent customer service, and special promotions for frequent users.
Ensure that all shipping information, including mailbox code and address, is entered correctly. Properly package items to avoid damage. Upload invoices or pre-alert packages as requested to facilitate timely processing.
Regal Premier Logistics is not liable for damage or loss occurring outside our care, including during customs clearance, or for packages arriving damaged from sellers or third parties. Regal Premier Logistics is liable only for packages while in our possession that are lost or damaged.
Regal Premier Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Customers are encouraged to review our terms periodically to remain informed about updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
